About The Position

While working with our internet company as a Traveling Field Service Technician, start your day on the road, heading to your first customer appointment with tools and a game plan in mind. In this customer service position, you're the friendly face customers rely on for internet service, installations, and repairs. You troubleshoot issues, install equipment, and make sure everything runs smoothly-always with a focus on clear communication and efficient service. Each stop is a new challenge, but you thrive on solving problems and leaving customers satisfied and connected.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of industry certifications as needed
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to drive a vehicle without presenting a safety risk to oneself or others
  • Ability to travel up to 75-85%
  • Ability to be added to the company's auto insurance policy
  • Pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Provide internet service, installations, and repairs to customers.
  • Troubleshoot issues with internet service and equipment.
  • Install equipment.
  • Ensure smooth operation of internet services.
  • Communicate effectively with customers.
  • Provide efficient service.
