About The Position

This position involves operating, maintaining, repairing, and cleaning various types of heavy equipment, including concrete pumps, skid steerers, excavators, and specialty drill rigs. The role requires a commitment to safety, accurate record-keeping to ensure project installation parameters are met, and the ability to identify and resolve conflicts with other work on job sites. The company offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to become certified on different equipment. The role also includes supporting field activities, working effectively with field personnel, and serving as a Safety Leader.

Requirements

• Knowledge of heavy machinery operation and capabilities.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow instructions.
• Excellent mechanical and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a wide range of personalities.
• Must have the ability to pass required safety certifications.
• Prolonged periods of operating heavy machinery.
• Able to work long periods in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to operate machinery in all weather conditions and terrains.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
• Extensive out of town travel required.

Nice To Haves

• Vocational school training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Prior related experience in mechanical maintenance a plus.
