Daniels Health is seeking an experienced Electrician to support facility operations, maintenance, and capital projects across our growing network of locations. Requirements

  • Active state-issued electrician license or certification (Journeyman or Master Electrician) and a valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Strong experience in industrial, commercial, manufacturing, or multi-site facility environments.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting, repair, installation, and preventative maintenance of electrical systems, controls, and infrastructure.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, MEP drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local electrical codes, and electrical safety standards.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% and support multiple sites across various regions as business needs require.
  • Strong communication skills, a safety-first mindset, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Candidates must be able to pass required background and drug screenings.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting capital construction projects and equipment installations is highly preferred.
  • NFPA 70E training is a plus.
  • OSHA 10 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Install, Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems, panels, wiring, controls, and related infrastructure across multiple facilities.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and respond to urgent electrical issues that impact operations, safety, and uptime.
  • Support facility buildouts, retrofits, and equipment installation projects, including autoclaves, wash lines, compactors, boiler rooms, and related equipment.
  • Partner with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure electrical work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with applicable codes.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, MEP drawings, and equipment specifications to support installation and maintenance activities.
  • Travel approximately 50% to support maintenance, repairs, inspections, and projects across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate closely with Plant Managers and operational leaders to identify risks, prioritize repairs, and improve facility reliability.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety requirements.
