About The Position

We are seeking experienced and motivated Traveling Journeyman Electricians to join our growing team. This position requires extensive travel to commercial, industrial, and mission-critical project sites throughout the United States. Qualified candidates will possess strong electrical installation, troubleshooting, and leadership skills while maintaining a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Requirements

Valid Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 years of commercial and/or industrial electrical experience.
Ability to travel extensively and work out of town for extended periods.
Strong understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC).
Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings.
Experience with conduit bending, motor controls, and electrical troubleshooting.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Ability to pass pre-employment screening and drug testing.

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities.
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and construction drawings.
Install conduit, cable trays, wire pulls, panels, switchgear, lighting, and control systems.
Perform equipment terminations and testing.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and company safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades on-site.
Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation.
Mentor apprentices and less experienced electricians when required.
