Requirements
- Willing and able to co-locate at the project location with travel package that aligns with the Hunt Electric traveling plan.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) year degree in electrical construction, construction management, similar discipline, or equivalent experience.
- National Electrical Code knowledge preferred.
- Drawing/blueprint reading, and specification experience preferred.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word computer skills.
- Bluebeam and CAD experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet daily deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager: Work hand-in-hand with our seasoned Project Managers to oversee the entire project lifecycle – from procurement and engineering to subcontracting and installation.
- Build Strong Customer Relations: We believe in fostering lasting client relationships. You'll have the chance to develop and maintain positive interactions, ensuring client satisfaction and an exceptional industry reputation.
- Optimize Project Economics: Be part of the team that keeps projects on track economically while upholding our commitment to quality workmanship. Your contributions will directly impact our bottom line.
- Master Project Documentation: Gain proficiency in preparing, processing, and managing all essential project documentation. This includes files, schedules, reports, billing, and more.
- Complete Submittments and Close-Outs: Ensure project completion by handling submittals and close-outs meticulously.
