Traveling Dental Hygienist | 3 days per week
About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Dental Hygienist to support providers at three outpatient clinics in Riverside, San Bernardino and La Quinta. This role functions as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. This opportunity offers both flexibility and purpose, operating within a community-based outpatient clinic model with organized scheduling, patient flow, and a coordinated, team-based care environment. The model is value-based and focused on seniors, with hygienists fully supported to focus on delivering quality care.
Requirements
- Active Dental Hygienist license in California
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Detail-oriented with strong clinical judgment
- Comfortable working with senior populations
Nice To Haves
- Experience in clinical or outpatient settings preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental cleanings, scaling, and periodontal maintenance
- Conduct oral health assessments and review medical histories
- Take and interpret dental X-rays
- Perform periodontal charting and identify signs of oral disease
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, diet, and preventive care
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate closely with dentists and clinical staff
