About The Position

This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN. The consultants will be working in an Enterprise Data Center for a Fortune 100 company for Dell Services. Dell Services has requested the assistance from Several partners to support expansion of their existing business and to increase speed to production on the Servers within the Data Center. TEKsystems was asked by Dell Services to add resources to this program due to a request to increase onsite production and support in Memphis.

Requirements

• Comfortable on the HW repair side, experienced having hands inside the server, replacing parts.
• Confident in skills to support.
• Basic Network experience
• Experience reading Linux logs
• Strong Customer communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well within an onsite team in a dynamic environment
• Flexible schedule, including ability to support after hours and/or weekend schedules
• Willingness to travel

Nice To Haves

• Nvidia GPU/NIC experience is a plus
• Linux cli experience
• RoCE network experience
• Prior Dell FSE experience
