About The Position

We are seeking a Crew Leader to lead small field teams on industrial installation projects across the U.S. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who has progressed from a technician or installer background and is ready to lead crews in the field. You will work alongside your team to execute mechanical installations and basic electrical work, while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards. This role requires 100% travel and is best suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, project-based environments.

Requirements

2+ years in a leadership role (Crew Leader, Foreman, Lead Technician)
Hands-on experience in industrial installation, mechanical assembly, or construction
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and installation drawings
Comfortable leading small teams while remaining active in the field daily
Willingness to travel 100% nationwide for project-based work
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to perform in fast-paced environments
Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

Experience with basic electrical work or wiring (strong plus)

Responsibilities

Lead and work alongside a crew of 3–4 technicians on installation projects
Perform hands-on installation of industrial equipment (mechanical + basic electrical components)
Coordinate daily jobsite activities, materials, and workflow to stay on schedule
Interpret blueprints, layouts, and installation instructions
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
Communicate project progress, issues, and updates to Field Supervisors
Troubleshoot installation challenges and adjust plans as needed
Train and mentor junior technicians to improve team performance
