Traveling Cook Substitute for School Food Service
About The Position
Traveling Cook Substitute needed for school food service in the Newton, NJ area. This position is an on call, as needed basis. Monday through Friday, day shift. No weekends or holidays, summers off! Must have food service cooking experience. ServSafe® certification a plus. Must have the ability to travel within a 30 mile radius on Hamburg, NJ Prepare hot and cold meals Follow menus and recipes according to the NSLP guidelines. Adhere to all safety and food handling procedures. Assure that PPE in in use at all times. Ability to work in team setting. Stocking Serving cleaning, etc.
