About The Position

This is a traveling, full-time Construction Superintendent role focused on tenant improvement (TI) build-outs for new Lava Island indoor play parks. The role is field-based for the duration of each project, with extended on-site assignments typically lasting 4-6 months per build. The Superintendent will lead the entire construction process from demolition to final handoff, managing all on-site trades, schedules, budgets, safety, and quality control. This position offers a unique opportunity to build memorable family entertainment spaces rather than generic commercial structures, with a steady pipeline of work and new projects in different cities every few months. The company provides housing and a travel allowance during assignments.

  • Equipment certifications (scissor lift, forklift, boom lift), or willingness to obtain them.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
