Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a large-scale professional commercial construction environment
  • Strong accountability and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Actively supervise and occasionally self-perform construction trade activities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Direct field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work scopes are completed on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Maintain and update construction schedules.
  • Order materials.
  • Schedule inspections.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports.
  • Promote and enforce strict job site safety practices.
  • Conduct coordination and safety meetings.
  • Ensure all subcontractors meet contractual and insurance requirements before starting work.
  • Address issues quickly to keep projects on track.
  • Foster a healthy, cohesive leadership team.
  • Supervise punch list completion and closeout processes.
  • Evaluate subcontractors and ensure every detail is wrapped up to project standards.
