Summary: We are seeking a Traveling Foreman to lead field crews and execute project scopes safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations. The Traveling Foreman provides daily field leadership across semiconductor and mission-critical projects nationwide. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage crews in high-performance, highly regulated environments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor, data center, or mission-critical environments preferred.
- Experience in semiconductor cleaning and protocol strongly recommended.
- Experience with tool install, tool management, or fabrication environments highly recommended.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, scopes, and technical documents.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable leading teams in fast-paced construction or cleanroom environments.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field crews on active job sites.
- Coordinate daily activities with the Project Manager and client representatives.
- Execute cleaning, protocol, readiness, tool support, or fabrication-related scopes.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, site-specific requirements, and PPE standards.
- Maintain quality control and verify scope completion per specifications.
- Track manpower, materials, and equipment usage.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce site expectations.
- Support onboarding and mentoring of field technicians.
- Communicate project updates, challenges, and progress to leadership
