About The Position

Seeking a full-time Doctor of Chiropractic for a Sr. Traveling Associate Chiropractor opportunity in the greater Milwaukee, WI Region to provide coverage for multiple clinic locations. This role is responsible for traveling to all Chiro One Milwaukee Clinics in the Greater Milwaukee Area that need temporary coverage support, ensuring continuity of patient care and managing support staff during their time of service. Responsibilities include providing an optimal patient care/experience via exceptional case management, team management, brand protection/promotion, and educating the community on Chiropractic Wellness.

Requirements

Doctor of Chiropractic Degree
Wisconsin State licensure, or intent to obtain if relocating
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy including experience using Microsoft applications such as Teams, Excel, Sharepoint, etc.
Comfortability in social settings, and ease with interactions with other people
Coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn and grow
Ability to travel and work M-F (Clinic hours plus additional if needed)
Ability to manage periods of high patient volume

Responsibilities

Provide chiropractic services including accurate diagnosing, treating (HVLA diversified adjusting), and supervision of active rehab, exams, reports, and film/x-ray interpretations.
Review health histories, refer patients out when medically necessary, and provide treatment recommendations.
Record and maintain accurate, confidential patient and team member records.
Supervise Chiropractic Assistants (CAs) and help them cultivate an environment dedicated to Chiro One’s Vision, Mission and Values.
Ensure compliance with Chiro One policies, protocols, and procedures.
Assist with payroll and ensure all appropriate employee forms are submitted in a timely manner.
Participate in internal marketing activities to promote the Chiro One brand and assist in office growth and patient retention (as needed), including internal wellness workshops and Patient Appreciation Days.
Work towards attaining and maintaining CBP (Chiropractic Bio Physics) certification.
