About The Position

National Assemblers, Inc. is seeking Assemblers to join their expanding organization. National Assemblers Inc. is a family-owned company that assembles products for the world's largest brands. They are committed to building a strong team of hard workers, problem solvers, and forward thinkers. As an NAI Assembler, you will build products in customers' homes and will be certified as an In-Home Assembler Technician. There are opportunities to become in-store certified, a trainer, or a grill certified assembler. The more certifications earned, the more money can be made. This role offers significant opportunity for growth and earning potential. A typical day involves traveling to various customers' homes to assemble products independently. The company offers a paid certification program to help employees start quickly. During training, employees earn a base rate of $20/HR. After training, compensation is based on a Piece-Rate Pay model, with In-Home Assemblers averaging between $20/HR - $30/HR when converting Piece-Rate to an hourly wage.

Requirements

Must be willing and able to travel outside of your local area.
Must have your own reliable transportation.
Must have a valid Driver's License and auto insurance.
Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
Candidates must adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
Background in carpentry, installation, or in-home services.
Proven attendance record, self-motivated, adheres to schedule, meets tight deadlines.
Strong ability to communicate with all types of customers and diffuse difficult situations.
Strong customer service is a must.

Responsibilities

Receive customer orders daily to complete installation or assembly jobs in customers’ homes.
Communicate with the customer to confirm all appointments.
Confirm work orders to ensure the correct product is being assembled/repaired.
Assemble product to National Assembler’s specifications.
Build strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product.
Leave customers’ homes neat and clean (free of all trash).
Complete follow-up notes in NAI’s system after job completion.
