About The Position

National Assemblers, Inc. is seeking Assemblers to join their expanding organization. National Assemblers Inc. is a family-owned company that assembles products for the world's largest brands. They are committed to building a strong team of hard workers, problem solvers, and forward thinkers. As an NAI Assembler, you will build products in customers' homes and will first be certified as an In-Home Assembler Technician. After completing in-home certification, there are opportunities to become in-store certified, a trainer, or a grill certified assembler. The more certifications earned, the more money can be made. A day in the life of an Assembler involves traveling to various customers' homes throughout the day to assemble products. This role requires independent work, reliable transportation, and the ability to provide your own tools. NAI offers a paid certification program to get started quickly. During training, the base rate is $20/HR. After training, compensation is based on a Piece-Rate Pay model, with In-Home Assemblers averaging between $20/HR - $30/HR when converted to an hourly wage.

Requirements

Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
Must have your own RELIABLE transportation.
Must have a valid Driver's License and auto insurance.
This job requires regular travel, with most jobs landing within a 75-mile radius of your home.
Candidates must adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
Background in carpentry, installation, or in-home services.
Proven attendance record, self-motivated, adheres to schedule, meets tight deadlines.
Strong ability to communicate with all types of customers and diffuse difficult situations.
Strong customer service is a must.
Willingness to travel.
Flexibility with scheduling.

Responsibilities

Receive customer orders daily to complete installation or assembly jobs in customers’ homes.
Communicate with the customer to confirm all appointments.
Confirm work orders to ensure the correct product is being assembled/repaired.
Assemble product to National Assembler’s specifications.
Build strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product.
Leave customers’ homes neat and clean (free of all trash).
Complete follow-up notes in NAI’s system after job completion.
