Requirements

Maintain a current Texas nursing home administrator license.
Have a minimum of 5 years nursing home administrator experience.
Proven experience in successfully running a LTC facility.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel extensively throughout Texas and Kansas and adapt to various work environments.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and leadership to facility managers, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality care standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, offering mentorship, training, and support to enhance staff performance and resident satisfaction.
Monitor revenue, expenses, and financial reports, implementing strategies to optimize resources effectively.
Conduct regular assessments, audits, and evaluations to maintain exceptional quality of care and service delivery.
Ensure adherence to state, federal, and industry regulations, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
