About The Position

We're looking for a Travel Workflow Coordinator to help keep travel plans running smoothly from the initial booking all the way through departure. In this fully remote role, you'll work behind the scenes coordinating reservations, organizing itineraries, communicating with clients, and making sure every trip is carefully planned and ready to go. Whether you're experienced in customer service or simply enjoy planning and organization, we'll provide the training and tools you need to succeed.

Requirements

Someone who enjoys staying organized and paying attention to details.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized.
Comfortable learning new online systems and technology.
Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
Reliable computer and high-speed internet.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Legally authorized to work in your country of residence.

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, hospitality, or travel is helpful, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

Coordinate reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, resorts, and transportation.
Organize travel itineraries, confirmations, and important trip details.
Connect with clients to gather travel preferences and answer questions.
Research destinations and travel options that fit each client's needs.
Monitor bookings and follow up on any outstanding items before travel.
Keep client files and reservation records organized and up to date.
Double-check travel plans to ensure everything is accurate before departure.
Provide friendly, responsive support throughout the planning process.
