Role Specifics and Benefits: As a Surgical Tech, you’ll be at the forefront of the sterile processing workflow—prepping sterile fields, arranging and passing instruments, scrubbing in, assisting surgeons, maintaining patient safety, and ensuring surgical environments meet exacting standards. Your responsibilities will include equipment setup, instrument counting, assisting with wound closure, and supporting anesthesia teams as needed.
