About The Position

In the position of Travel Support Staff, you will facilitate support for employee travel, troubleshooting/resolution for travel booking tools/systems, reporting, maintaining data and conduct travel program training for employee base. This will also include monitoring and analyzing company paid travel expenses for accuracy, completeness, and fraud.

Requirements

  • Fluent in written/spoken English.

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer higher education in Hospitality, Travel, and/or Business Administration.
  • Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in travel or tourism industry
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in SAP & Concur, expense reporting systems
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including intermediate Excel skills. 10 Key by Touch.

Responsibilities

  • Research, resolve problems, and complete action items regarding travel bookings, payment, and financial reporting systems.
  • Promptly evaluate travel bookings for propriety and those that require approval.
  • Follow up communication on items in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain and/or download travel data for review, evaluation, and/or retention.
  • Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations primarily with the use of Excel.
  • Work on Ad Hoc projects.
  • Identify issues and process improvements for management review.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
