About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter to support high-volume and specialized hiring needs in a fast-paced environment. This temp-to-hire role is ideal for a recruiter who can quickly ramp, manage full-cycle recruiting, and build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. The position offers the opportunity to convert to a permanent role based on performance and business need.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with hiring managers
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer and onboarding
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
  • Source and engage candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, ATS, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and culture fit
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance throughout the hiring process
  • Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring metrics
  • Support employer branding efforts and represent the organization professionally to candidates
  • Assist with process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and quality of hire
