Responsibilities
- Providing customer support for clients planning travel
- Assisting with coordinating travel options including cruises, hotels, tours, and vacation packages
- Responding to client inquiries and providing helpful travel information
- Communicating with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and details
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and bookings
- Staying informed on travel promotions, destination updates, and supplier information
- Supporting clients before and after travel when needed
