About The Position

This internship at Super.com is an 8-month program starting in Fall 2026, from September 8th, 2026, to April 30th, 2027. It offers a unique opportunity to dive into the tech and startup world, working on real projects that contribute to the company's success. Interns are fully integrated into the team, experiencing a fast-paced yet supportive environment that encourages learning through hands-on experience. Despite being a remote role, the culture is designed to be fun, collaborative, and well-connected, with various virtual and in-person events to foster connections. The Supply Team is crucial to SuperTravel, focusing on securing optimal pricing and inventory for the Hotels business. They collaborate across departments like finance, operations, and engineering to scale processes. The team maintains, optimizes, and grows accounts by building strong partner relationships and using data-driven storytelling to enhance partner production. Interns will support Account Managers with daily tasks, assist in setting up and improving internal processes, and contribute to various projects.

Requirements

  • Comfort with basic spreadsheet analysis, including VLookup, HLookup, Pivot Tables, and Index/Match.
  • Adaptability to a role that may require diverse tasks, including supplier meetings and process improvement.
  • Ability to excel in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong work ethic and a go-getter attitude, essential for a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in highlighting relevant insights from data and distinguishing important information from noise.
  • Enthusiasm for finding the best deals and saving people money.

  • Experience with a BI tool.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers and the Supply Team as needed to oversee accounts.
  • Use Looker (BI tool) to identify opportunities for business growth and better customer pricing.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover operational and technical improvements.
  • Summarize research findings for Account Managers.
  • Prepare bi-weekly errors and competitiveness data for team calls.
  • Provide monthly technical tier updates and document creation.
  • Create and maintain existing documentation for common tasks, analysis, and processes.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects, which can be self-directed or collaborative.
