About The Position

Beacon Group has been creating opportunities for people with disabilities across Southern Arizona, Phoenix and beyond. As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, Beacon serves over 2,000 people with disabilities each year. Beacon provides job training and placement, supported and center-based employment, and day treatment programs to assist nearly two-thirds of working-age people with disabilities who do not have a job. Requirements

  • Excellent customer service, organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and judgements in a short timeframe without managerial guidance.
  • Proven excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong background with military rank and military protocol.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or 10 or more years demonstrated experience in related field may be substituted preferably at a travel desk.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
