About The Position

Our client, a major global vacation and cruise provider, is seeking a temporary Travel Sourcing Specialist for an estimated 12-month project with possible extensions. This role involves a hybrid work setting, with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. The specialist will lead the sourcing process for travel-related services, negotiate contracts, analyze spend data, and ensure compliance with corporate travel policies. This is a contract position filled exclusively through approved staffing partners.

Requirements

Experience in sourcing, procurement, contract negotiation, and contract administration within ground transportation, logistics, mobility services, or related travel operations (3 years)
Experience supporting contract remediation and execution activities including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), one-off agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), extensions, amendments, and documentation review in a corporate or multi-stakeholder environment
Experience with excel and word
Bachelor’s Degree

Experience using AI supporting day-to-day sourcing efforts
Experience with transportation, mobility, logistics, or travel-related systems or platforms
Experience within cruise, travel, or large, complex multi-brand organizations; and relevant experience

Responsibilities

Lead the sourcing process for travel-related services, including drafting RFPs, evaluating bids, and selecting vendors.
Negotiate and manage corporate travel contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and high service levels.
Monitor and enforce compliance with corporate travel policies and identify areas for policy improvement.
Conduct regular reviews with travel vendors to monitor performance against SLAs and resolve service issues.
Analyze travel spend data to identify trends, cost-savings opportunities, and leakage.
Provide guidance and support to employees and leadership regarding travel booking and reimbursement processes.
Assist in coordinating travel-related logistics during emergencies or business disruptions.
