Requirements

  • 2-3 years customer service and sales experience
  • TICO certification completion or working towards/ willing to complete
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Available to work call centre operation hours - Monday-Friday 8:30am-8pm, Saturday & Sunday 9am-4:30pm

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Travel Agency experience
  • Familiarity with Sabre system
  • Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional worldwide travel services to Members and non-Members.
  • Ensuring client records and files are consistently up to date and maintained.
  • Providing regular follow-up with clients.
