This is a full-time, onsite, 5-day a week position at the AAA Helena branch. The role involves owning the relationship with the member from beginning to end of each travel-related transaction, selling various travel packages and services, and initiating contact with members, past customers, and community prospects to generate new business. The position also requires cross-selling products like credit cards and membership, researching and comparing travel options, staying current with travel industry developments, and investigating member inquiries. Additionally, the role includes processing and interpreting travel documents, handling ticketing, and utilizing industry-specific systems and computer applications. A key aspect is applying good judgment to identify customer needs and ensure booking accuracy.
