About The Position
Seeking a Travel RN with experience in PreOP/Day Surgery or PreAdmit Testing (PAT) to work in Dallas, Texas. This role involves providing preoperative and postoperative care, as well as assisting in OR Holding. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the Meditech system.
Requirements
- Experience with Meditech
- Pediatric nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Meditech
- Experience in Day Surgery, PreOp, or PAT
Responsibilities
- Work in Day Surgery: perform preoperative and postoperative care
- Engage in PreAdmit Testing and OR Holding as required
- Ensure proper IV starts and management
