About The Position
Heartline Staffing is seeking an experienced Travel RN Hospice for a home health and hospice assignment in Augusta, Georgia. This role supports adult and geriatric patients in a home-based hospice setting, focusing on end-of-life care, symptom management, and patient/family support. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well, and is comfortable working independently in the field.
Requirements
- Active GA RN license or Compact RN license required at submission
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Travel experience required
- First-time travelers are not accepted
- BLS certification required
- Home Health / Hospice experience required
- Strong communication, organization, and independent work skills required
Responsibilities
- Provide hospice and end-of-life nursing care in the home setting
- Perform pain management and symptom control interventions
- Educate and support patients and families
- Administer medications and manage care plans
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary care team and medical director
- Accurately document patient care and clinical updates
