About The Position
Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking a Travel RN for an Emergency Room position in North Adams, MA. This is a full-time, travel, contract, and temporary position for 13 weeks. The role involves delivering comprehensive nursing assessments, providing direct patient care in the ER/ED, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, documenting care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. The nurse must maintain compliance with state nursing regulations and facility policies.
Requirements
- Reside beyond a 50-mile radius of the facility location.
- 2 years of current ER/ED experience.
- Basic Dysrythmia experience.
- Covid Vaccination with latest dose date on/after 10/3/23 (Exemptions considered with Provider or Religious Leader statement).
- Must have own transportation.
- ASN.
- RN License for State of Massachusetts.
- BLS Certification from AHA.
- ACLS Certification from AHSA.
- PALS Certification.
- TNCC Certification.
Nice To Haves
- MediTech Expanse experience.
- Prior travel experience.
- BSN.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and provide direct patient care in alignment with hospital standards in the ER/ED.
- Monitor patients’ conditions, administer medications, and document care activities accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain compliance with state nursing regulations and facility policies.
