About The Position

Academy is seeking a full-time highly motivated individual to provide sales support in our charter sales department. As a Travel Reservation Agent at Academy, you will have the opportunity to join the largest privately owned and operated transportation company in the U.S. This position is located in Baltimore, MD (Free private on-site parking).

Requirements

• 2 years of applicable experience in travel related reservations or customer service role
• Experience working in Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their charter bus reservations
• Provide information about our services and fleet
• Process reservations accurately and efficiently
• Handle cancellations and modifications to existing reservations
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Keep the lines of communication open between our sales managers and customers
