About The Position

We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide comprehensive respiratory care services across neonatal, pediatric, adult, geriatric, emergency, and critical care patient populations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise in respiratory assessment, airway management, ventilator management, and advanced cardiopulmonary therapies.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through NBRC.
• Active Respiratory Therapy License (if applicable).
• Current BLS Certification.
• Experience with mechanical ventilation management.
• Experience with airway management and emergency respiratory procedures.
• Experience with non-invasive ventilation therapies.
• Experience performing arterial blood gas (ABG) collection and interpretation.
• Experience providing respiratory care in emergency and critical care settings.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as ordered.
• Provide respiratory care to neonatal, pediatric, adult, geriatric, emergency, and critical care patients.
• Initiate, monitor, and manage mechanical ventilation.
• Perform arterial blood gas collection and interpretation.
• Assist physicians with airway management and intubation procedures.
• Administer respiratory medications and therapies.
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and recommend therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and charge reconciliation.
• Participate in staff education, orientation, and mentoring activities.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and monitor cardiopulmonary equipment.
