About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Miami Correctional Facility in Bunker Hill, IN. This role involves providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. The RN will work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address a wide range of patient needs. Travel RNs assigned to Indiana can earn up to $2685/week, including a non-taxed weekly stipend. Travelers are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees and may have opportunities throughout the country, with assignments restricted to one location at a time.
Requirements
- Licensed RN with an active license to practice in Indiana
- Minimum of one year of work experience as an RN in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Corrections experience preferred
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
