About The Position

FirstChoice is Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution, placing Registered Nurses in short- and long-term assignments throughout the health system. This Med Surg/Telemetry role may involve nationwide or regional opportunities and requires willingness to float throughout a hospital, multiple hospital locations, or regions. The position is part time and offers a 12-week assignment at Holy Cross Silver Spring in Maryland, with a flexible start date, three 12-hour shifts per week, and day shifts. The stated pay range is $68.00–$73.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, education, and location; the listed gross weekly rate is $2,448.00. The RN applies professional nursing practice, works independently within their license and scope of knowledge and experience, remains accountable for delegation and decisions, collaborates with stakeholders on quality and improvement, and adapts to new responsibilities, ideas, cultural differences, and competing priorities.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Hold valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice or employment.
Have at least 18 months of recent clinical experience in Med Surg, Tele, or PCU.
Maintain credentials required for the specialty area (for example, ACLS or TNCC).
Obtain BLS, ACLS, and PALS through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities
