About The Position

Franciscan Health is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse to join their Regional Travel Team. This position offers opportunities in supportive environments with mission-based cultures. Franciscan Health is a leading healthcare organization with 11 ministries across Indiana, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through innovation, compassion, and excellence. They are looking for flexible, adaptable RNs committed to high-quality patient care across assigned regional locations, including openings in the Emergency Department, Medical/Surgical, and Behavioral Health units. Shifts needed are Days/Nights, with PRN (Part-time/Full-time hours available). Travel will be within the Northern Indiana Region, including Crown Point, Munster, Dyer, and Michigan City.

Requirements

• ASN or BSN (BSN preferred)
• Indiana RN License or Compact RN License
• Minimum of 1 year of recent bedside nursing experience in Medical/Surgical or Behavioral Health (Required)
• Recent experience using EPIC
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to practice independently while collaborating effectively within diverse care teams
• Excellent communication and accountability, including timely responses and reliable follow-through
• Comfort navigating changing priorities in fast-paced environments
• Active RN license in the State of Indiana or Compact RN License
• Current BLS (American Heart Association)
• Current ACLS (American Heart Association), as required by unit

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
