About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Emergency Department team for a 13-week assignment. The role is in an 18-head-wall department with 10 hall beds and a patient ratio of 5:1. The department uses the Expanse documentation system and GE equipment. Staffing is variable, with unit secretaries and technicians available. Nurses are required to float as needed. The team consists of tenured staff committed to mentorship and professional growth, and flexible scheduling options are offered. Scrubs are required as part of the uniform policy.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
- Active compact nursing license.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- PALS or ENPC certification.
- TNCC certification.
- CPI certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department.
- Float to other areas as needed.
- Work within a 5:1 patient ratio.
