About The Position

Centurion is seeking a Full-time Day Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Eastern Reception, Diagnostic and Correctional Center in Bonne Terre, Missouri. This role is part of a comprehensive service provider for the Missouri Department of Corrections. Travel RNs assigned to Missouri can earn up to $2,021/week, including a non-taxed weekly stipend. The position involves working at various facilities/locations throughout Missouri on a short-term/travel assignment basis, with each assignment restricted to one location. The RN will provide holistic nursing care within their scope of practice to incarcerated patients, working under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential to address the diverse physical, psychological, and social needs of the patients.

Requirements

Associate's degree required
Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
Minimum of two (2) years of RN experience
Must have open availability to travel throughout the state as needed per contract needs
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Must live outside of Missouri
Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
