About The Position
Centurion is seeking a Full-time Traveling Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Centurion Eagles Travel Team. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care within correctional facilities across the state of Georgia. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor. This role also involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients. Our travelers are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees with opportunities throughout the country.
Requirements
- Georgia RN license or the ability to obtain a license
- At least two (2) years of RN experience
- Must live 50 miles or more from facility
- Must have open availability to travel throughout the state of Georgia as needed per contract needs
- Current CPR/BLS
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

- Corrections experience preferred
