About The Position
Centurion is seeking a Full-time Traveling Night Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Pulaski State Prison in Hawkinsville, GA. This role involves providing holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients, assessing their physical, psychological, and social needs, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. Travel RNs assigned to Georgia can earn up to $2200/week, including a non-taxed weekly stipend. Travelers are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees and have opportunities throughout the country. Eagles supporting the Georgia program must reside outside of the state of Georgia.
Requirements
- Georgia RN license or the ability to obtain a license
- At least two (2) years of RN experience
- Must live 50 miles or more from facility
- Must have open availability to travel throughout the state of Georgia as needed per contract needs
- Current CPR/BLS
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

- Corrections experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
- Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor.
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
