About The Position

Centurion is seeking a Full-time Day Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Potosi Correctional Center in Mineral City, Missouri. Travel RNs assigned to Missouri can earn up to $2,021/week, including a non-taxed weekly stipend. This role involves providing holistic nursing care within the scope of practice to incarcerated patients. The RN will work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients. Assignments will be restricted to one location at a time, with opportunities throughout the country for full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees. The Travel Program RN will work at various facilities/locations throughout the state of Missouri, based on contract needs.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of RN experience
  • Must have open availability to travel throughout the state as needed per contract needs
  • Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Must live 90+ miles from selected facility
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Responsibilities
