About The Position
Centurion is seeking a Full-time Night Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Farmington Correctional Center in Farmington, Missouri. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position. The Travel Program RN will work at various facilities/locations throughout the state of Missouri, based on contract needs, with each assignment restricted to one location. The RN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients, working under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address the physical, psychological, and social needs of the patient.
Requirements
- Associate's degree required
- Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
- Minimum of two (2) years of RN experience
- Must have open availability to travel throughout the state as needed per contract needs
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Must be 90+ miles from designated facility.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
