About The Position

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Cedar Rapids, Iowa Salary $42 - $50 / hr Type Full Time & Part Time Travel Registered Nurse (RN) $42–$50 per hour | Flexible, Self-Directed Scheduling Want the flexibility of travel nursing without having to leave Iowa or spend weeks away from home? Legacy Healthcare is hiring Registered Nurses for our internal travel team. Choose when you work and how far you travel. Pick up available shifts near home, explore facilities across Iowa, or do a combination of both.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Iowa RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different facility environments

Nice To Haves

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or Charge Nurse experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments
• Monitoring and documenting changes in resident condition
• Supervising CNAs, CMAs/QMAs, and other assigned nursing staff
• Communicating with physicians, families, and facility leadership
• Supporting admissions, transfers, wound care, and emergency response
• Ensuring care is delivered safely and according to resident care plans
