About The Position

Centurion is seeking a full-time Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Johnson State Prison (Medical Intensive Infirmary) in Wrightsville, GA. This role involves providing holistic nursing care within the scope of practice to incarcerated patients. The RN will work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address patient needs. Assignments will be restricted to one location within the state of Georgia, per contract needs. Travel RNs can earn up to $2100/week, including a non-taxed weekly stipend, and are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees.

Requirements

Licensed RN with an active license to practice in Georgia.
Minimum of one year of work experience as an RN in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility.
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS.
Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

Corrections experience preferred.
Previous travel nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
