About The Position

Nationwide and Regional opportunities available! Status: Full Time Shift: Nights, 19:00–07:30 Required Background: RN with critical care or emergency department experience Required Systems: EPIC and Cisco Finesse (used 100% of the time) Primary Work: Coordination of patient transfers into MercyOne locations Facilitating communication between physicians and other clinicians Assessing urgency vs. emergent needs (similar to ED triage) Managing multiple simultaneous cases and working independently Additional Expectations: Excellent phone etiquette and customer service (quality monitored) Strong multitasking and clinical judgment Work Location: Office environment, not the hospital

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum three (3) years of recent clinical experience including Critical Care or Emergency Department nursing experience.
• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc).
• BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association
• EPIC and Cisco Finesse experience
