About The Position
We are seeking a qualified Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for a rewarding opportunity. This position involves working night shifts and allows you to make a significant impact in the lives of vulnerable infants.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a NICU setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Nice To Haves
- additional certifications may be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care to neonatal patients in a critical care environment.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate and support families regarding patient care and health concerns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
