About The Position
Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking an MS RN Tele for a travel/contract position in Windsor, VT. This role involves coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting for assigned units (Med Surg and Rehab). The nurse will demonstrate clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process, assessing and identifying patient problems/needs, establishing a plan of care, implementing interventions, and evaluating and revising the patient plan of care based on patient progress. The role also includes assisting, supporting, and educating patients. The nurse must be willing to float to Acute Rehab and Acute Med Surg units.
Requirements
- Reside beyond a 50-mile radius of the facility location
- Recent/Current Med Surg and Telemetry experience: 2 years
- Must be willing to float to Acute Rehab and Acute Med Surg units
- Charge RN experience
- Prior travel or contract experience of at least 3 months
- COVID Vaccinations or exemptions
- ASN
- RN License for State of VT or Compact
- BLS Certification from AHA
- ACLS Certification from AHSA
