About The Position

FCM Consulting is seeking a Travel Program Administrator to provide dedicated support for a corporate travel management client. In this high-impact role, you'll partner closely with travel managers, program leads, and account management teams to help deliver a seamless travel program experience. You'll be at the center of traveler support, supplier engagement, reporting, and program administration, helping drive service excellence, traveler satisfaction, and operational success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of corporate travel management or account management experience.
  • Proven experience navigating large organizations and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience with TMC (Travel Management Company) and/or travel and expense reporting.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connectivity required to support core job responsibilities, including but not limited to video conferencing, access to company systems, and secure handling of company data.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day traveler and travel arranger inquiries.
  • Build strong relationships with Executive Assistants and participate in recurring stakeholder meetings.
  • Manage and maintain the client travel inbox, responding to questions and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Track and maintain issue logs for supplier, TMC, and travel program-related concerns.
  • Collaborate with sourcing teams to support negotiated supplier agreements that improve traveler experience and deliver savings.
  • Support strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFPs and supplier performance management activities.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize supplier performance reporting for travel-related vendors.
  • Coordinate and participate in supplier quarterly business reviews.
  • Understand and support traveler safety and duty of care programs.
  • Direct travelers and stakeholders to appropriate risk management resources.
  • Contribute to internal communication initiatives across travel platforms and communication channels.
  • Track key performance indicators and support ongoing program success measurement.
  • Prepare and distribute KPI and traveler feedback reports for travel program leadership.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned
