About The Position
We provide personalized travel planning services for leisure and group travel and aim to create memorable journeys while supporting the professional growth of our team. The Travel Planner helps clients plan tailored holidays, including flights, hotels, and experiences. The role is work from home and is available throughout Ireland.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have access to a computer and internet.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to design itineraries.
- Research and book accommodations, activities, and tours.
- Ensure accurate booking management.
- Provide client support before, during, and after travel.
