About The Position

We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist eager to grow and make a significant impact within our community. Our clinic is located in Alaska, offering a unique environment where you can work with a diverse patient population, including those who enjoy outdoor activities like fishing, hiking, and skiing. Requirements

  • Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current state of Alaska Physical Therapy license or (soon to have if relocating)
  • High communication skills
  • Good business and people judgment
  • Passion to help others succeed
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving or strategic planning skills
  • Very good at organizing thoughts and ideas

Nice To Haves

  • Specialties in pelvic floor and sport and orthopedic backgrounds (for mentorship/collaboration)

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional care to a diverse community.
  • Work with a wide range of patients, including those who enjoy outdoor activities.
  • Participate in a structured mentorship/leadership program.
  • Engage in daily interaction with other Physical Therapists.
  • Become proficient in spinal manipulation and dry needling within 6 months.
  • Help people get back to doing what they love.
  • Meet and network with referral sources.
