About The Position

Elara Caring is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist to provide home health physical therapy at assigned locations across different communities. This is a 100% travel position supporting patients and local clinical teams. The role includes evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, helping patients regain mobility and independence, collaborating with clinical teams, and documenting progress to support continuity of care. Hotel and meal stipends may be available for qualifying assignments, and travel reimbursement and company car options are subject to eligibility, business needs, and company policy. Reimbursement for approved additional state licenses is available. Ambient listening technology intended to reduce documentation time is being introduced in phases, with availability varying by location. Compensation and benefits may vary based on qualifications, experience, employment status, location, and assignment eligibility.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active PT license or ability to obtain licensure in assigned states.
• At least one year of clinical experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel 100% to assigned locations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication skills.
