About The Position
HomeTown Pharmacy is looking for a Travel Pharmacy Technician to fill a vital position in the retail pharmacy. The ideal candidate is good with people, patient, understanding, and able to work while doing a variety of different tasks simultaneously. This role leads by example while nurturing and maintaining our HomeTown mission. HomeTown is built on the commitment of serving others – customers, community, teammates and company.
Requirements
- Must be PTCB certified and maintain credentials
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Certified Technician Immunizer (preferred)
- CPR Certified (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Be willing to travel to all retail locations, have schedule flexibility, and at times stay overnight.
- All activities included in the Pharmacy Technician Job Description.
- Strong communication skills – listening, verbal and written to provide feedback to Operations leaders.
- Prioritization skills – ability to assess situations and prioritize based on the need and benefit of location and company.
- Do whatever is deemed necessary for creating a friendly, caring, safe and happy environment/culture for both customer and teammates.
